The webinar focuses on “Career Opportunities in Defence Forces" and it was hosted by Group Captain Anoop Sood (retd).
He is a former Indian Air Force Officer with 34 years of experience in various capacities. He is a trained Commando from NSG Maneser. He had been part of the Defence Services Selection Panel and served at a number of SSBs for 07 years (Services Selection Boards) as a Group Testing / Interviewing Officer. Having vast experience, Mr. Anoop Sood has spoken to us about the eligibility criteria to join Indian Defence Forces.
He provided information about the SSB interview and how the board evaluates the suitability of a candidate for becoming an officer using a standardized protocol of evaluation system. He has also given lot of information about the battery of psychological tests involved in the interview process.
