Any anomalous mail delivery circumstances, including the state of street letter boxes, should be reported.
Change of address cards and other paperwork should be available to clients.
Money and receipts collected along mail routes should be turned in.
Before leaving the post office, sign for cash-on-delivery and registered mail.
Keep track of address changes and forward mail to those addresses.
