Seal open sides of modular units with polyethylene sheets, nails, and hammers to prepare them for shipment.
Repair and replace cracked external panels, repair and replace structural frame sections, and seal leaks with hand tools.
Connect water hoses to the plumbing system's inlet pipes and check for appropriate operation of plumbing fittings.
