Overview:

Compile and maintain personnel files. Keep track of information about each employee, such as their address, weekly earnings, absenteeism, sales or production volume, supervisory reports, and the date and reason for their termination. Prepare employment records reports, submit employment records, or search employee files and provide information to authorised individuals.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in the administration of employee benefit plans and workers' compensation plans.
To acquire information for approved persons and organisations, such as credit bureaus and financial businesses, search employee files.
Staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance assessments, classifications, and employee leaves of absence are all documents that must be processed, verified, and maintained.
Prepare for new employee orientations by preparing and setting up.
Obtain personnel records from other departments or individuals.
Examine employee files to find answers to questions and data for personnel actions.
Compile and write reports and papers about personnel actions.
