Apply shock-absorbing, sound-deadening, or decorative floor coverings in the form of blocks, strips, or sheets.

A high school diploma or equivalent is enough.

Using a hand roller, smooth and finish the sheet wall and floor covering into the cement base.
Appliances, light fixtures, and worn floor and wall coverings should all be disconnected and removed from the floors, walls, and cupboards.
To clean the finished surface, remove any excess cement.
Stapling plywood or Masonite over the floor or brushing waterproof compound onto the surface and filling cracks with plaster, putty, or grout to seal pores will create a level foundation.
To establish a tight seam, trim extra covering material, tack edges, and unite portions of covering material.
