Overview:

Insulating materials should be used to line and cover structures. It's possible to deal with batt, roll, or blown insulation.

A high school diploma or equivalent is enough but not necessary.

Follow safety practises when removing old insulation, such as asbestos.
Surfaces can be prepared for insulation by brushing or smearing glue, cement, or asphalt on them, or by pinning metal pins to them.
Read designs and choose appropriate insulation based on the space's specifications and the material's heat retaining or excluding properties.
Start blowers and regulate material flow through nozzles by moving knobs, buttons, or levers.
Using hand tools or wires, fit, wrap, staple, or glue insulating materials to structures or surfaces.
Using blowers and hoses, evenly distribute insulating materials into small gaps within floors, ceilings, or walls.
