Job Responsibilities:

Provide instruction on the proper handling of hazardous materials and waste cleanup technology.
Design or implement measures to improve the water, air, and soil quality of military test sites, abandoned mine land, or other polluted areas' water, air, and soil quality.
Examine or assess contaminant treatment or disposal facility designs.
Quantitative risk assessments for human health, environmental, and other concerns should be conducted.
Environmental restoration studies should be designed or conducted.
Prepare and submit demolition, cleanup, remediation, and construction permit applications.
Dispose of hazardous garbage in a coordinated manner.
Develop or implement strategies for the long-term regeneration of brownfield areas to guarantee that they are regenerated in a sustainable manner.
