Overview:
Ayurveda is referred as ‘Knowledge of life and longevity’. It is a branch of alternative medicine, with ancient roots in the Indian Subcontinent. An Ayurvedic Doctor uses holistic techniques from India to help patients maintain a healthy life, eliminate impurities, reduce stress, and fight disease. Ayurvedic doctors look at the patient’s vulnerabilities and look at ways to strengthen them rather than treating symptoms. The treatment process usually consists of diet plans, massages, yoga, healthy lifestyle practices and herbal medicines.
