I am extremely pleased to place on record my complements to the coordinators of MCCCP01 Program - Feb 2021 for taking the learners through a journey of self-awareness, and self- discovery during the course. The participants of MCCP01 Feb 2021 are now equipped with the necessary Knowledge, Skills and Attitude to guide young adolescents who are at crossroads while they struggle to make wise choices about their careers. This program has not only given the trainees confidence to take up Career Guidance as an activity, but also an opportunity to reflect on their own relationships within their families and workplaces.

The sessions were well structured and graded to give the learners a clear idea about the theories and practice including the dos and don’ts of Career Counselling. The trainer was knowledgeable, fluent in delivery of the content, skilled in offering a participatory and interactive mode of teaching-learning process and insistent on completing the assessment on time!

The overall experience of switching my role from a trainer to a trainee was really exciting!

It was great to be part of the MCCC program 2021. A compact program with 16 sessions spanning over 2 months and classes on weekends. The course was good and a perfect mix of all that is required to start off as a career counsellor for students up to +2 level. The counselling process, careers and career clusters, career pathways, personality, interest aptitude profiling, school educational boards etc. were interesting topics to learn about.

I am thankful to MARG team for such an excellent program. My special thanks and congratulations to Ms. Snehal, Senior Counsellor for her wonderful and very informative presentations.

The career counselling certification program comprising of 16 sessions in the month of February and March, 2021 was simply wonderful. The thought that now I could play a vital role in the lives of youngsters who would be embarking on their new unknown journey was even more wonderful. The sessions were very informative, interesting, and participative. The instructor had a complete command of the content and the delivery was excellent. I could grasp quite a lot of the matter. It was exhaustive but was put forth in a systematic manner that I am quite confident that I can work as a career counsellor. Anyone who gets an opportunity must take up the course.

I really appreciate the effort taken for this course in information gathering and Ms. Snehal is an excellent instructor. I really enjoyed every session, though I was not so interactive but the interaction between others were so interesting and informative. I was glad to be a part of this program. I have been in the education field for the past 9-10 years, but was not aware of so many courses and divisions which are very useful in almost all the fields.

When somebody known to me comes for any suggestions on their higher studies or upcoming courses or any field with good scope I would not be able to guide them with confidence. But now you have given me so much information and guidance in all the areas where I can help anybody with their career and show them the correct path to choose it.

Of course this will help me personally for my kids even when they are in their time to choose their higher studies or career. This will help me in guiding the students who are in their stage of choosing their future path with more confidence.

Thank you so much for conducting such a worthy program and I am glad I chose to be a part of it. Theoretically it is okay but when it comes to practically handling a person in a confused state in choosing the future path it’s tough to guide them. But after attending this program I am given lots of information about the pathways to choose and guide them according to their areas of interest and based on their skills.

Based on this program, I would recommend people around me to attend these worthy sessions to get more knowledge in the future career guidance areas. So that they will also help others with the same.
