Overview:
A sports coach is an expert in a specific game and trains others in the same. They are expected to choose players, teach them the game rules, train them, and accompany them to the tournaments. During a competition, sports coaches will also assess the game strategy of the opposite team or player, develop relevant counter-strategies, and boost their players' morale. The main qualities required in a sports coach are physical fitness, in-depth knowledge of their game, and the ability to lead the team to victory.
