Overview:
Prepare incoming and outgoing mail for the United States Postal Service's distribution (USPS). Mail is examined, sorted, and routed. Load, operate, and adjust and repair mail processing, sorting, and cancelling machinery on a regular basis. Maintain records of shipments, pouches, and bags, as well as other mail-handling duties within the postal service. Mail sorters and processors employed by USPS contractors are included.
