Overview:
A librarian is responsible for managing a library and its resources. The primary duty is to ensure the availability of relevant resources which are easily accessible by the users. They spend their time cataloguing, guiding people in finding the resources, and facilitating the issuing or returning of library resources. Librarians also develop a detailed database and keep track of all the library resources. Further, they ensure that the library is well stocked with the latest resources and arranged in order.
