A jewellery designer works to create aesthetically pleasing and trending designs of jewellery. They are trained in many aspects of this process, including designing, manufacturing, and evaluating jewellery. Jewellery production involves casting, moulding, identifying & experimenting with gemstones & jewellery. These professionals require deep interest, patience, an eye for detail, and general know-how about the industry trends. They work with precious stones and metals to create unique and outstanding masterpieces of jewellery for individuals or companies.

Students who have completed 10th can choose to pursue Diploma or Certificate courses in Jewellery Design and Technology.
To pursue graduation or degree courses, students will have to prepare for exams of NIFT, NID DAT, GD Goenka Design Aptitude Test, GLS Institute of Design Aptitude Test, Pearl Academy Entrance Exam, UCEED, and AIEED. |
