A professional of flavoured chemistry is known as flavour chemist or flavourists. They work specially in food industries and labs, studying and manipulating foods composition to make it taste better or replicate a flavour. Flavour scientists specialize in improving, changing and creating food flavours. Some also develop flavours for medicinal products.
