Overview:
In aviation industry, ground staff or ground crew is the support personnel, who ensures the safety and comfort of the passengers and service the aircraft on the ground. They have to take care of every little work on the airport right from taking care of the luggage from luggage carrier to cargo. They are involved in the management of the airport, its security and maintenance.
